What a rubbish app. I paid for yearly subscription by creating and registering with an account. I am not able to login neither I am able to get a response from the management after sending 2 emails back to back for a refund. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MANHATTAN GMAT !!’

The foundation of this app is fantastic. There’s tiered questions progressing you though both the math, verbal and quantitative sections. In addition, I can see my questions I have issues with as well as my progression through the program. My issues with the app is software based not content. The app often times out when navigating the app - I have failed to navigate to the Home Screen and the strategies section has zero data. If I switch between the iPad and my iPhone I have to force synch the app. And when using on my iPad I can’t bring another app like notability or notes next to the app for quick calculations. Lastly, the app fails to remember how questions I complete if I leave the app and return, forcing me to manually annotate how many questions I complete to reach my day’s goal.Some of the issues are minor but for dropping $100 these are reasonable issues to be addressed rather swiftly. I still use for the duration of the year and check back in once I’m complete with the material.

Great Content. But VERY Buggy

Like very very basic bugs (like screen rotation) with the pop up text showing up cut off in the wrong orientation (portrait vs landscape). Half the time the pop up questions show up off-screen, and I’ve only been using this app for 2 minutes.come on manhattan prep...
