Can’t Connect Tracker

It’s been months and I still cannot connect my Apple Watch back to the move app. I contacted customer service and no one seems to be able to resolve the issue. I got this app to keep track of my daily steps as part of my Manulife insurance plan. It’s so discouraging and inconvenient not knowing how many more steps I’ll need on average per day. It’s not the first time I’ve encountered the same problem, but this time the problem is just ongoing and I cannot connect to my tracker. Super annoying!

Waste of time and space

Don’t bother. Unless you are going to open this app daily and stare at what is essentially an app tracking your data, it doesn’t update the data. Without doing so, you’ll end up with blanks in the step data. Not sure why I even bother.
