Let me just say that they read my mind with this one! I’m a Mom who likes to know that her kids are good when they’re not with me. This app allows me to feel a bit secure in being able to track my kids’ bus whether it’s running late before or after pick up. I’m the Mom who calls the transportation line to find out where the bus is located. So this app helps in many ways & very beneficial.

This app is supposed to show the bus stop, route and bus location. The idea is amazing! Knowing where the bus is Incase we’re running behind in the mornings or the bus is going to be late for any reason. The problem is, the app rarely works. Most of the time it says bus location unavailable. In a 10-20 minute period, if I’m lucky I can see the bus location once, but if I have to exit the app for any reason, I won’t be able to find it again. My children’s bus is almost always late with generic pick up times so having the actual location would be helpful. I find it more frustrating than helpful at this point. I will point out that if you send feedback, you may get lucky and it starts working suddenly.

I have the iPhone 15 pro and the way the ‘notch’ is, it covers up the navigation buttons. I have to try to tap just the right spot which is not easy. There is no easy way to access the various menus from some pages. Sometimes I get notifications (or the same notification 4 times) sometimes I don’t.
I was excited about this app when our school rolled it out, because I had to put in bus reminders into our family calendar manually, but this is unreliable and so far they cannot program the early release days, which is really the whole point! That’s the day parents forget!
