I love the I-loom,, The biggest problem is the app does not keep some of the bracelet that you buy on it and then it will not let you use the design portion of the app except one time, when u first start.. I TRIED AND TRIED TO GET AHOLD OF THEM AND THEY DONT Respond TO U.. IF THEY JUST FIX THE APP IT WOULD B A VERY GREAT APP... the only other thing I'm not liking about the I-loom is u can not buy part for it.. I had to buy another one just to get parts for my old one I had.. I can say they should have a way to wind new thread in the bobbin.. So if u i-loom people really read these please please fix the app and get it were we can buy parts for our i-loom...

The I-loom is really creative and fun! The negative is that you have to pay to create your own bracelet😡. Also, at first the tutorial froze up, so I really didn’t know what to do. Otherwise the I-loom is really fun and a creative way to learn how to make friendship bracelets.

They sold me on the cute advertisements and commercials but, the app does NOT work! The actual product is pretty smart so, if they could just fix the glitch in the app, I would love it but, I can’t even watch the tutorial on how to work the app before it totally freezes up and I can’t do anything on the app. Please fix the app so, I can use it! If you’re reading this, try the app before you get the product to go with it. If the app doesn’t work on your device (if you don’t have an iPad then don’t bother getting it because it doesn’t work on anything else:) then don’t buy the product!
No internet access

I downloaded the app and was excited about using the iLoom. I could not even register because it keeps saying I have no internet access which I do. I have been trying to register for 4 days and last night I finally got register and used the app but today I cannot login. It keeps saying my password is wrong which my password is right because I wrote it down. When I tried to change my password it keeps saying that my email doesn’t exists. You people need to fix this app so people can actually enjoy it!!!!!!!!
This app has been updated by Apple to prepare for watchOS 27 compatibility. No new features are included.
