Never ready when needed System always temporarily unavailable Personnel don’t understand security. Timing out on the customer very often while pursuing the transaction is not security, it is rather inept Password renewal process is very tedious and could be simplified The system could be improved significantly. I hope u can do this before I shift to another bank because my frustration is now reaching a record high

The application doesn’t provide a service to check and control my credit card. Albeit it denying that I have a credit card. Must be a solution to this problem. Regards.
