Jibber Jabber social calendar is a technology software company and is owned by Jibber Jabber FZCO with Organization Number 1507 under the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority.
The mobile application and website are operated by Jibber Jabber FZCO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and, “our” refer to Jibber Jabber FZCO. Jibber Jabber FZCO offers the mobile application “Jibber Jabber Social Calendar”, this website application “www.myjjapp.com”, www.jibberjabber.app including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By using our application, visiting our site, subscribing and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the mobile application and/or website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
SECTION 3 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
The application offers an auto-renewing (https://www.myjjapp.com/Jibber%20Jabber%20Terms%20of%20Service%202020.pdf)
subscription, which is the same as the in-app product feature of an extra gif icons pack and extra color selections. The length of the subscription is (1) one month. The Price of the subscription is $1.99, per (1) unit. This application is made available through the App Store is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to each App is subject to your prior acceptance of either this Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) The subscription entitles the user to access using a gifs package, (6) extra colors, and the (1) main premium icon color.
