We have been privileged to live in S California for 60 plus years. During those years we have banked at ACCU. We recently moved to S Carolina and we continue using ACCU for our rental business that is still thriving there. We love the fact that when I call with a question, I always receive an answer and can almost always complete my banking on line. Thank you for being so helpful and accurate!

Settings in the app are all over the place. They should be located in one place but there are account settings and menu settings. Neither of which offer face recognition that I can easily find. Modern apps should ask you if you want to turn on a feature or remind you it’s there. The app never remembers my user name no matter how many times I tell it to remember me. There isn’t a search bar to look for the setting you want. Customer service is top notch but their app needs modernizing.

Great banking experience! The only thing I really wish is you would allow customers to customize debit cards. You use to do that and I appreciated it. It especially comes in handy when you have multiple accounts and the debit cards not looking all the same. Makes it easier to tell apart debit cards for different accounts.

The app looks as though it’ll do everything I need. I’ve just spent some time on the phone with the personal banking rep as I’ve just opened my accounts and I’m planning on moving from another bank. Very helpful. Very pleasant. Looking forward to Banking with a Christian group.
