New features and improvements in version 4.2.0 of SHLive: • New view for player profiles! Now you can view statistics and info for all players you find throughout the app. Premium users can enjoy advanced statistics as Expected Goals (xG), Game Score and more. Click on any player on statistics views to open the player profile! • Shot chart for all shots in all games, view which section of the net the shot hit. • Widgets on the home screen! Add a team's schedule directly to your home screen. Available to premium users. • Improved support for Dark Mode. You can now choose between dark and light mode or have SHLive follow your device's global setting. SHLive+ Finally, we are releasing our new premium subscription service! By subscribing to SHLive+ you will get rid of all the ads in the app and access to a bunch of new features. More features will be added in the future. No adds no more All ads throughout the app is removed. Expected goals (xG) This is a new metrics presented on team- and player level that seeks to calculate and represent the probability of a shot becoming a goal. With several parameters, carefully optimized, we are able to calculate this metrics on each shot and then aggregate it to: • Expected goals per team in games. • Expected goals per team per season. • Expected goals per player per game. • Expected goals per player per season. Expected goals can be compared to the actual goals, to give a picture of how well a team or player is performing. Lineups Get the official lineups and starting goalies as soon as they are presented by the teams prior to first face-off. Live standings Get real time standings during live games. More Bug fixes and optimizations As always, we have also shipped a bunch of bug fixes and optimizations with this version.
