Worst App Ever. This app has ton of issues. Company is so poor that can’t even hire proper developers!! Please contact me, I can give you list of issue with this application. In the era of mobile devices you guys expect us to go and visit your website!! I have to login twice just to open the Home page/dashboard. Even your API fails. If I click on notification the app never opens!!

Worst App Ever. This app has ton of issues. Company is so poor that can’t even hire proper developers!! Please contact me, I can give you list of issue with this application. In the era of mobile devices you guys expect us to go and visit your website!! I have to login twice just to open the Home page/dashboard. Even your API fails. If I click on notification the app never opens!!

If you are NRI I recommend not to opt for assisted service. They charge hefty amount but it is almost without any service. They remain unreachable. They are not reachable even during Indian office hours,forget about hours it mentions in the contract. They dont respond quickly. Response usually delayed by day or two. If you drop message or email them, You have to send them reminder.. Not worth and not reliable people.. Assisted service or any other online service is just an earning tool for them without doing anything... 1st level grievence redressal is also pathetic.. they dont care .. They just dont read emails... I tried email and reminder.. They didn't respond..
