OPTIMIZE TRAINING LOAD

In order to improve your form you have to train hard so that your body is forced to adapt (it will improve). But you cannot train too hard because this will weaken your body instead. 2PEAK recalculates constantly the precise training load that you require.

2PEAK uses HealthKit to export your 2PEAK activities into the Health app and to read heart rate and biometric data.

Training packages are available with an annual subscription.

You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.

Easy to use

Great easy to use app. I like that it lets me sync my data with my smart watch. I also like that I don’t have to use some predefined goal that’s chosen for me, I can choose my own goal and feel comfortable with it.

Great app that helps to keep things simple by tracking workouts. Love that you can connect your fitness wearable device to keep you motivated to improve.

Worthless

This app won't save settings. I've tried to change to pounds/miles and it will not stick. While I could go out of my way to do the math for every single workout when logging them, it's not worth the effort. The app is full of issues, not user friendly, and unorganized. The web-based site is just as bad. I'll be deleting my account.
