Pretty good out of the gate
It does the basics well - providing an outline of your upcoming workouts. A couple bugs that I've come across though - 1) the intensity zone data doesn't consistently populate forcing me to log into the site if I can't remember a zone for a given discipline and 2) the "resources" doesn't always populate with information either - for example, my swim workout today has both sink down and fingertip drills, but I only see a description of the sink downs.
Overall though a good start with a lot of potential to be a really solid app like TrainingPeaks.
Eh... Not really crazy about it. It looks like the website but I don't think it works well on a mobile device. Really too much, probably could do with some simplification IMO... Scrolling is not smooth at all and annoying. Constantly having to log back in, login page appears and disappears resulting in having to change my password and now won't accept the new password. Just awful.
Meh- lack luster at best
Stick to the free plan if that fits your needs-
I did not find it to be a great motivation tool. I can’t figure out their workout scoring either- went to the site and all, but that aspect remains opaque.
There is also a $200/mo plan you can sign up for through their site an I think you can get an introductory free 2 week « complete » option. Definitely try before you buy.
App seems stable- a couple of little annoying « features » like having to log back in all the time - or it complaining about not getting your location (I already share my information from garmin...)
Good luck and good training
