SalesLink TOUCH is your key to unlock access to customer data and dealer inventory ‘on the go.’
Available and optimized for both your tablet and smart phone ‘TOUCH’ is a mobile application that not only provides vital company and contact information, but also allows you to add and edit Activities, Leads & Opportunities, Issues, and much more.
As a mobile companion to SalesLink Rep, TOUCH utilizes the same data warehouse as your other Uptake applications.
With security in mind, no dealer data is stored on the local device and an easy to use administration console allows dealers control over users and authorization.
TOUCH is easy to navigate and utilizes many of the devices capabilities – such as GPS mapping, photos and ‘Voice to Text’ options – to provide a rich user experience.
• ‘Around Me’ – shows customers nearby on a map, as a list and even provides driving directions
• Find a contact, make a call or send an email and log an Activity with ease
• Snap a picture of a machine and upload it to SalesLink AND EquipmentLink… in real-time!
• Just a couple of ‘touches’ completes your Activity or schedules a follow-up
• Use the built-in microphone to capture important notes on your Activity or Lead
