TalentLMS mobile is the perfect companion for delivering offline learning, microlearning, and microcertifications.
The mobile app does not try to be everything the web app is, but offers ample opportunities for delivering rich, mobile-optimized courses. This app requires an active TalentLMS account and the same username and password can be used to log in as the web application.

It's a great educational tool. I'm in charge of making sure our employees complete their TalentLMS. It's an undertaking but I try to make sure they know it's educational. It almost cost me my mental sanity because some employees are just determined not to do it, even though it’s required of every worker. And then the unprofessional behaviors that I have to put up with at times is uncalled for; however, I try to do my best to get everyone to do it & see the good in it & not view it as a punishment.
Phone screen locks regularly while watching the videos

This app is so frustrating to use. If I start a video it frequently allows my phone to automatically lock repeatedly. I use an IPhone 16 so it’s a newer phone. Additionally it frequently restarts the video at the beginning if I have to stop using the app for a while. Note, I didn’t fully close the app it just randomly decides to start over. I have not determined why sometimes I can pickup where I left off and others I have to try and find out where I left off and see if I can move myself forward to that time. The video won’t always start if I try to do this.

TalentLMS is very informative when it comes to fulfilling our obligations and building a skillsets as a Lead Coordinator. From the various styles, pitches and presentations from the top Industry leaders here at Ion definitely is a great introduction for new recruits and season veterans. This tool will also ensure that reps will stay within the proper guidelines to becoming and maintaining their success here with Ion. Wendy’s WHY, offered Purpose and Drive! This part of the app allows individuals to connect with there personal WHY’s. It also allows one to get a more deeper connection other than just financial stability. This emotional attachment will go so much further where no amount of money can take you! When you move people, people will move product/production.

I appreciate the fact that I can pause and return to lessons and that it holds my place if I exit the app.I do wish that there was a way to print the chapter test in order to use them to retest so I can study more prior to being tested on the info from throughout the entire course.
• Fixed an issue where sometimes short TalentCraft units would never get completed.
