The Lizzy Service app is an iOS version of the Lizzy BMS Service Checkin module. This application allows a service representative to locate or create a customer, locate or create their unit that needs service and then quickly create the
needed service repair work order.
The application includes the ability to take pictures of the unit during the service checkin process, record the customers voice stating the reason for their visit as well as collecting a signature for the service disclaimer if one is needed.
All of the collected information is then visible in the main Lizzy BMS System.
