Cannot download on 12 mini

I signed for drug reference online as instructed. I am able to get the drug information on the web....very good-in depth. The issue is that I’ve been unable to download drug content into the app installed on my phone. Spoke to ASHP and stated they have no issues. Other than this app, my phone works great. Sent email and waiting for response

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We do not limit or exclude iPhone 12 mini from being able to install the app. We do have a minimum deploy target of iOS 14.1, is your device on an earlier version? If not please shoot me an email softwaresupport@ashp.org and we can trouble shoot together.
