Pros: we get our food delivered instead of having to catch a taxi to various destinations in busy Tirana. Baboon customer is available on WhatsApp for any addition needs of communication. Cons: Most delivery people don’t read the instructions I have on my address profile. This lack of attention makes delivery much harder for all involved. Overall, I’m grateful for the service.

I just to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this terrific app. I tried for weeks to get a pizza delivered for and almost lost my mind and give up when I found your app.Don’t understand a lick of Albanian but it was so easy, user friendly and straightforward I was able to place an order on the first go!Many, many, many thanks! App forces you to use your current GPS location, which is not always accurate. It should allow you to manually mark the location on a mapApp requires a phone number which can receive SMS but then verification text is not sent properly to international numbers. The app should support whatsapp instead of just SMS

Worst delivery service out there, always had problem with my order being late yet it always was a maximum of 20 minutes, this last order I had it took them 2 hours for my delivery to be made. Mind you I was ordering from somewhere that was only 7 minutes away from my home. They will make up all kinds of excuses so don‘t even try to contact customer service no responsibility will be taken.
