This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. This version fixes a bug effecting iOS 11 users with Apple's new HEIF (High Efficiency Image Format) set to ON. When enabled, this caused service request submissions to fail, resulting in duplicate issues being submitted. This bug has been squashed. Enjoy!

You can now manage the type of communication you receive as well as how you'd like to receive it. With the inclusion of our new address book, you can now get notifications based on location as well as various categories we've set up. Our app's new Notification Center allows you to keep track of all your inbound messages, including status updates for your submitted service requests. You can also setup message alerts to be delivered via email or PUSH notification - it's all up to you!
