Steps aren’t uploading

Steps from my Apple Watch and health app aren’t updating. It’s taking the fun out of competing against my coworkers when my efforts aren’t recorded and updated, especially on a day like today when the step count on the app is 6k less than what my watch has recorded.

Doesn’t work

Would love to use the app for work but it won’t register my step count or data from the health app. Permissions are on but app hasn’t synced for 3 days. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to get it to sync. It’s nice that my company has a program but too bad I can’t be a part of it because this app doesn’t work. Also get wheel of death when going to my profile in the upper left corner. For as many apps that are out there that sync effortlessly, it’s crazy to come across this app…how hard can it be to fix that (someone else has my same complaint from a year ago????) Disappointing

Challenges and events are my fav!!

I’ve been using this app for about a year now and had to write a review to let people know how beneficial it has been for me - I love using the challenges to push myself to hit step goals, challenge coworkers. There’s also a wealth of knowledge in the on demand events - nutrition, stress, fitness - I love to put one on and listen while I work out at the gym (something coach Bethany suggested 💪)

Incredibly glitchy

This app is probably the worst app I’ve ever used. While the barebones features are fine, actually interacting with them is excruciatingly inconvenient as the app glitches for basically every feature. For example, it is impossible to actually search the employee directory and when you try to “add amigos” you will get an error message 9/10 times, and the quizzes for articles can take minutes to load and submit if they open at all. I was really excited to use this app at my new job but now dread having to interact with it in any capacity. Really disappointing.
