It would be nice to touch a letter to get to symptoms instead of having to scroll through the entire list. And when going back to the list, it would be nice to not have it go back to the start of the list, but return to the same section. App also locks up on me when going through symptoms and gives me a black screen. Have to close the app and go back into it to correct it.

This does NOT include 2 major points that as said to be included in this app. They negative feelings and positive emotional swaps are not listed and they also do not include common real life examples of how to use the script. Both of these are included in the physical reference guide and this was sold as a replacement for that. It is not. I’m bummed that I paid $5 for this and it isn’t at all what I thought I was purchasing. It also doesn’t have the updated version of the script included. Save your money and put it towards the physical version. I gave mine to a friend and was going to just use the app but not I bought the app and still have to get another physical copy. Super disappointed and now I have to go use the script to process that. Ha! But seriously. Do better, y’all!

I would always use this app to review the list feelings and their positive opposing feelings. Where did that go? Bring it back please! There was also a reference for negative feelings and their positive/resolved feelings for success. I appreciated that but it is gone now. Can it be added back again? I sure would appreciate it!

The app also came with the negative word or thought with its positive counterpart. Why did that get taken off. It was incredibly helpful. Please add that back.
