1- I can’t explore my other numbers in my account like previously..2-error sometimes when you login with Face biometric another demand login appears too by email!3- I cannot pay my bills for other numbers linked with my account directly, mandatory fields force my to put QID …!

First let me start with saying the promo messages are too much. Daily none stop , you don’t have control over them at all. Secondly the in app notifications are annoying, you have to open them one by one for the notifications to go away. There is no option to clear them all, having 14 notifications you have to open and close one by one is annoying. Make the app more customer friendly. And have it more clear to understand what you getting yourself into. The packs and bundles are useless and funny. No good offers at all. You pay so much for just funny ridiculous data that expires in one or two days. There used to be an offer that 500 Qatar riyals would last for one calendar year. Now it expires in 180 days?You want people to come from Ooredoo ? Then make better offers. At this point you two are offering the same thing. Or let me be more clear, you are copying their offers. And worse than them.

Generally the app is good, sometimes it asks me to enter my credentials again and again which is annoying.The improvement that I would like to see is in the main dashboard, I would like to have a quick glance at my data balance instead of seeing “Unlimited” which indicates you have unlimited data at low speed.I hope the team replaces this in the main page so we can have a quick look at our balance.

There are some design things I don’t like that are not symmetric , but once I need to do something it just works and it is very easy to do things such as getting new sim and managing my different sims much better than before.
