App keeps crashing - no support from developer! Updated review

I’ve been trying to contact the developers but support seems non existent! So many apps from this company can’t be opened! UPDATE It’s been slightly more than a week since I posted. The developer has responded and took every opportunity to advise me on what to do. And when those strategies didn’t work, advised me further before finally figuring out what was wrong and helping me have a fully functioning app now! Kudos to the service provided.

This Ap is very soothing. I downloaded this Ap at 4 am when I could not sleep and I felt it was very helpful with my concerns and very calming. I showed it to my daughter and she immediately did a reading. I did not ask but she seemed to be satisfied. I will purchase the cards next as I read from my home and at expos. It is a very beautiful application. I recommend it.
