I used to watch my favorite series on my iPad, but since 4 days ago the video is playing but without any sound. I tried on my phone and different video and the same problem I will give it 4 star after the issue is resolved

1- Tried all options to login including phone number and account name. Neither worked2- The Ooredoo tv itself is not operating properly, sometimes channels are not even broadcasted.3- I reset it for 3-5 times before it start working again.4- Ending the subscription soon and getting another service provider.

Volume buttons disappeared in new update

The Volume buttons disappeared in new update .. you can only change channels but not increasing/decreasing volume .. before it was there in the old version

Okay so this app sounds like a good app but NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY it just does not want to log me in I use OTP after OTP again and again and AGAIN Please just fix this major problem like seriously no matter how many times and if I click “I need help” it sends me to their website with no instructions of helping me.I see why this app has so many low ratings it just doesn’t work Very shocking from a very good companyPlease fix your app
