Best app for veterinary virtual care

I use this app everyday to connect with my clients and patients. My clients love the convenience and access that they have to their me through the app. Medici is great because it os focused on communicating via asynchronous text messaging and does not require me to schedule a time for a video consult. Clients can easily attach a video of their pet and/or send pictures, but we don’t have to coordinated calendars. Another feature that I use on a daily basis is the on off button. I can allow my clients contact me after hours and on the weekends without fear of ruining my work life balance because I have the freedom to turn Medici off.

I have been using this app for a year now. It keeps getting better. The CEO and team are committed to making this app the best telemedicine app out there. I transitioned my 13 year office based practice to just telemedicine a few months ago and won’t go back to a primary office based practice. The technology available makes doing regular medicine more streamlined and greater efficiency is possible here compared to office based practice. Insurers are covering things during COViD19 so this is a great time to try it out. I plan on keeping this company for the long haul.

I have been using this app for a year now. It keeps getting better. The CEO and team are committed to making this app the best telemedicine app out there. I transitioned my 13 year office based practice to just telemedicine a few months ago and won’t go back to a primary office based practice. The technology available makes doing regular medicine more streamlined and greater efficiency is possible here compared to office based practice. Insurers are covering things during COViD19 so this is a great time to try it out. I plan on keeping this company for the long haul.

If a patient messages me with a routine concern at night, I tell them we will address the next business day. If it’s a more urgent concern I can do a video visit with them through the app.

Through the app you're able to have all your patients in one spot, bill them when you help them, & even refill their prescriptions.In my opinion this is a great tool for geriatricians. Arranging getting driven to the clinic & the physical act of getting into a car can be very difficult (even dangerous) for an 89 year old. With this, the patient & geriatrician can stay at home & still get/give medical attention because the app has video and voice call capabilities..& there's also the ability to export a transcript of the consultation for your records.It really is great tool & I can't wait to see what more they add to it.
