Note: Features will vary depending on the product you are using.
The app, manual and web site have different interfaces making it difficult to know which settings to use. This app lags behind the web site as it still says Geofencing coming soon although it is available on the web site. The app and web site should use the same terms so that the online documentation is correct for both.
Great lock and stunning customer service
GooGoGough
I received my lock and loved it instantly but there was an issue with my lock reconnecting. Customer service was responsive and after determining that there must be an issue with this lock (which they said was rare) they sent me an entirely new one. This one works like a charm. No issues reconnecting. I just traveled with the lock and had no issues with TSA. Great product and app!
Complete trash wish I hadn’t bought this garbage DON’t BUY! It’s a loser!
Jimbo1782
This is yet another folly of mine, buying a piece of garbage after I’ve had three other locks all fail. I had hoped that they would get this right. Instead, it took them six extra months to actually get the product in my hands and it like the other stuff they sold me doesn’t work don’t buy this garbage this stuff must be made in some village in lower China because the manufacturers don’t care, and they could care less about you as a customer. Singularly unresponsive!!!
Crashes But love it when it works
Hidden jewel6
Lately, the app has been crashing shortly after opening. I’ve tried restarting the iPhone twice and checked troubleshooting and no luck. But when it works, it’s great and makes me feel like it’s secure.
