HxGN EAM Rapid Request provides user a simple and quick method to submit call center request to EAM System from their Mobile devices. Upload a picture along with your request. Certain EAM user permissions and EAM Server versions are required to use the functions. Location service is required when the app is in use to get the current address.

Rubbish layout/interface

This application has a rubbish layout/interface. As you try to type information into the different fields, the line does not move up to show what you are typing. Instead, the text gets hidden under the keyboard and you have to keep scrolling up to see what you have typed, to only have it move back down as soon as you type anything else. Interesting idea for reporting issues that need a work order put into the main EAMS system, but total rubbish on how it works. Try again, you might get it right.

The UI needs to be redesigned to be a user friendly and easy to use.

A new Organization Option (RRGROUP) has been introduced to support user group-based screen configurations for the Rapid Request (CSRAPD) screen. Key Functionality: Administrators can now define custom screen layouts per user group using Screen Designer in Base EAM. Note: 12.3 Mobile DB script is required for this release. Script is not required to rerun if it is already applied. Please see following Hexagon Smart Community Knowledge Article 000035833 for more details.
