Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Bank Independent Customer Service directly from the app.
SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features Touch ID and Face ID login options, in addition to a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
To use the Sync Mobile App, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with your existing Online Banking credentials. If you don't have credentials yet, tap "First time user? Enroll now". After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I now have to tap on each transaction to be able to see who it was to. Pain in the rear. Now all I see is Debit date numbers....No time to tap each one separate when I’m trying to find something.
Last update is a big step back
After the last update I can no longer bill pay individuals through the app. I have children in college and this is how I send them money and my ex wife. They don’t even show up as an option anymore. The functionality still exists on the web site but it’s gone in the last version of the app.
Need an update?
The total amount in my account has fluctuated based on what transactions have and have not cleared. It used to subtract on every transaction regardless. I found that to be definitely more accurate. Please fix!
