As an iPad owner, my experience with Magma Math has been disappointing. The Apple Pencil integration is badly implemented, without a key feature to turn off finger input when using the Pencil-leading to incessant accidental marks and frustration.Besides that, the app also lacks a dark mode currently, which is a basic accessibility and convenience feature in almost every modern app. Extended use of it, especially in settings with low lighting, becomes unnecessarily uncomfortable.The whole set of tools also appears spartan and underwhelmed. As a math-based platform, the tools presented and presentation are not up to mark. The whole experience from a user perspective overall—on iPad and possibly elsewhere-should receive a proper overhaul and remedying. So yes this app is horrible.
