Good program - couple suggestions

Great program - worlds better than Irth/Korweb - incredibly responsive support team - easy to use app and great online reporting/tracking options.It would be great to see the following options added. 1) live location on the ticket overlay map. 2) offline maps3) secondary servers in the case primary goes down4) the ability to reschedule a ticket with any of the extended response options. (You can do it now it’s just a few extra steps)

Lock out pins

Boss 811 was REALLY good. They then took away the lock pins ( Which are VERY USEFUL ) That brought it from a 5 star to a 2. Yes, the lock pins are that useful.Boss has since brought back the lock out pins for its users . And have made a few other changes that have helped us locators. I would still like to see the address numbers on the map at the bottom of the tickets. Hopefully they are working on that.

Yes, the lock pins are that useful.Boss has since brought back the lock out pins for its users . And have made a few other changes that have helped us locators. Boss811 does not disappoint in any way… the app is easy to learn, great interface, and extremely powerful when you are marking out facilities on the go! Everything you need in the palm of your hand!

Tech support is impossible to get on the phone!

The app functions reasonably well. However, anytime there’s an issue it takes me nearly a week to get the one person that works in the technical support department on the phone. Currently, I have called the last six days in a row and have still yet to hear anything back from them. It’s just leave a voicemail and hope for the best. Do better boss!
