De Franciscus Artsenwijzer is een initiatief van Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland, een groot algemeen en topklinisch ziekenhuis met hoofdlocaties in Rotterdam en Schiedam. Daarnaast kent het ziekenhuis diverse buitenpoli’s.
De Franciscus Artsenwijzer is een middel om de samenwerking en communicatie tussen het ziekenhuis en haar verwijzers te bevorderen.
De regionale huisartsen en specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en de medisch specialisten van Franciscus Gasthuis en Vlietland kunnen exclusief van de app gebruik maken na een persoonlijke uitnodiging door de afdeling Transmurale Samenwerking en met een geldige login.
