Aptos Web IM enables retail store personnel to update the status of chain-wide inventory in real time, by using mobile devices with RF scanners and/or PC-based web browsers to perform carton level receiving. Web IM also gives the stores full visibility to incoming merchandise, transfer and count requests, and upcoming price changes to help them manage staffing and stay on top of the flow of merchandise into and out of their stores.
Web IM is an optional component of Aptos Merchandising, a comprehensive solution used by the retailer's head office to create styles; order, allocate and price merchandise; and perform enterprise-wide inventory transactions, invoice matching and financial reporting.
