I love this bank, but the app is full of bugs and abrasive. It goes out it’s way to make it to where cannot save user name and password to phone. It hangs when you open the app and sometime will do Face ID and then not open my account at all. Locking the card on the app sometimes works, maybe someone needs to explain to me what locking the card is because I assumed it means people cannot pull money off my card but apparently not. Great bank buggy app. No stars if I had the choice for no stars

Currently, every time I try to open the app I’m met with a white screen. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app four times to no avail. All other apps on my phone properly work, so now I’m confused and frustrated as to why this will not work.
Logs me out and locks me out.

If I don’t use the app often it logs me out and locks me out. Inline verify is hard locked, Requiring a phone call to the main office with a 50% success rate of getting password enabled.Only to have the problem repeat itself in the near future.Im about ready to switch banks.Customer since 1985.
