Works ok if you just want to view your live cameras. Live view zoom works well, the HD view rarely works even on the same network. The app sends your password in clear text (unprotected) when you log in so don't use a password you use somewhere else. The playback feature doesn't have fast forward and reverse options, you have to jump to a time and hope something is there. When you form sideways all of the menu options are not available. When you go to playback it doesn't matter what time range you select it will always give you the whole day. I don't even bother trying to use the other features like alerts, files, & messages.

****BUYER BEWARE : DO NOT BUY ZOSI SECURITY SYSTEMS. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY ZOSI PRODUCTS EVER FOR ANY REASON!!****I can’t tell you how much I HATE this app and this security system. Absolute piece of useless garbage. I really wish I could somehow get my $250 back. I would’ve been better off setting my cash on fire! ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH OF A RATING. ID GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!Let’s start off with this app. Almost nothing works. ALMOST NOTHING!!!!! USELESS!!! About the only thing you can do with it is watch Live on your cameras…but only sometimes. If the system restarts which it does randomly for no reason, it will not work because you have to log into the system before it’ll let this USELESS app work. If you’re not at home you’re screwed!!!Every single other feature doesn’t work. Every single one, EVERY SINGLE ONE doesn’t work!! Fast forward to today. I CANNOT EVEN LOG IN TO MY APP. ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR DAYS AND DAYS NOW!!!! Obviously something on their end that they just don’t care enough to have fixed. So now the app is absolutely useless completely!!Also, the picture quality in the app for the only feature that works (live view) is extremely dark even though it doesn’t appear that way on the monitor at the house. Learn from my mistake. Don’t buy this trash! If you did, return it if it’s not too late. I REPEAT RETURN THE SYSTEM IF YOU CAN. PAY THE RESTOCK FEE, THIS GARBAGE ISNT WORTH IT!!!This company and its employees should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for creating such garbage products and apps!!

I have had this app for a while and it seems to be nothing but problems. Now every time I log on and try to check cameras it tells me cameras offline. I have unplugged them plugged them back in reset Wi-Fi router in plugged network cable and plugged it back in. I have tried every step to get them working again and nothing no response for over 3 months now thank God I have ring doorbells also. They are the best form of back up I am thinking I may just throw this camera set in the trash and buy ring flood light cameras for outside it will kill 2 birds with one stone add extra lighting and cameras on those angles also. We have had a lot of unusual activity in my neighborhood lately and plenty of people breaking into neighbors homes, shops and garages. We need the extra security.

I have to say I’ve never in my life had more displeasure to use an app. This could possibly take the gold medal for the worst app ever created in the history of apps. I’ve never seen anything like it. This app isn’t worthy of one star, it needs negative stars. Don’t bother trying to watch any of your cameras in HD. You’re stuck on SD at all times. It has nothing to do with internet speed. Your upload bandwidth could be one quadrillion megabits per second and it still won’t work in HD. The worst I’ve ever seen. My 94 year old grandfather could’ve designed an app better than this during one of his afternoon naps. I’ve asked him to develop an app that’d be better and he said he would increase the duration of his afternoon nap to help get the app finished earlier for me.
