I love this app when it works!

SARA NEEDS HELP
I absolutely love this app when it allows me to get past the start up screen. But unfortunately all I’ve seen lately is a yellow screen before it closes app. I am currently a yearly subscriber b/c I rely on this app for reliable measuring and consistancy, which it currently lacks. And this is currently my only way to reach the support team b/c I cannot reach out thru the app. I do Hope I’m not the only one having these issues and support team is working on this issue ... please help! I’d love to change rating to 5stars when I’m able to access my app and measurements again.

I’ve been using this app since December 2023 and have had many hours spent on it. These are some elite features you can’t find anywhere else like field split, field merge, circle fields, and more! This app has kept many memories, from territory claiming games I would play with field split to the list of dog walks I’ve taken as distances.The reason the last star isn’t there is simply the vote for features issue. I’ve suggested many ideas and only about 1 in 3 can be seen in other devices. I’ve emailed you before about this and heard you were trying to fix it.dry cracker

I got this app when I purchased some property and used it to mark off boundaries. Since then I use it to track my steps along pathways and the perimeter and just as a general tool to gauge how many steps I’m getting in every day that I do a walk around. It works great Relies on GPS switching from Wi-Fi to wireless seamlessly.

The measuring works but searching by address does not, useless for business

Tried searching by address and it recommended a few random addresses from different parts of the country, had to manually pan over on the map to find locations. Not useful for a business where I can’t find every address by zooming in on the map. The measuring worked but defaulted to metric, took a fair amount of hunting through options to change. Overall needs some refinement that should be easy but I get the impression it does not understand USA addresses.

Hello, yes you are right, app is not always capable of finding addresses in USA as addresses work differently than in our own country (in Europe). We will keep in mind to try and fix this. Yes default is also metric as it is our own measurement system as also the main system in the world, but it is easily changeable as all you have to do is press settings icon in app menu.
