• Rewrote the CSV export functionality. • Optimized the inventory item list refresh after record updates.

• To improve application performance for users with many items, we added an option to save the inventory data file in the background instead of saving it each time a change is made. • Fixed the password feature: you can now password-protect the application UI again. • Fixed the currency controls when editing inventory details. Some Euro currency settings were not being parsed correctly. • Fixed the issue where archived items were appearing in other sections of the application (Rooms, Tags, etc.). • Fixed the issue with saving PDF files when the extension was not specified. • Fixed the issue that prevented the application from displaying all locations in the choice list of the secondary inventory list in the Rooms and Tags view. • Fixed several other minor UI-related issues.

• Fixed the issue related to custom fields and a comprehensive report when the Custom B field was listed on the report instead of the A field. • Fixed the Rooms table view issue where the item count was not fully visible. • In the Journal view, added an option to enter negative values (money received). • Added a feature to remove selected tags from selected inventory items (context menu -> Clear tags for selected items ...). • Fixed the layout in the Events edit form. • Fixed the issue that removed multiple selected inventory items when the items list was being scrolled. • Added an option to change the default date format in the name of backup files. • Fixed the issue with CSV file imports when custom fields are renamed.

Added a keyboard shortcut (Cmd+A) to select all displayed inventory items. Added an option to shrink size of your inventory images (applies to png and jpeg file formats only). Added a feature to allow assigning a property insurance policy to multiple selected inventory items. Now, you can add new rooms, locations, collections, and heirs directly from the 'Edit Inventory Form'. Removed the outdated 'Photos' button from the 'Add/Edit Document' form. Fixed an issue in the item list report that prevented display of a custom field value.

Added a new feature to the 'Insurance' report - added an option to list all insured items related to a selected insurance policy. Added pre-populated records for rooms, tags, locations, packing lists and collections when users start the application for the very first time. Fixed an issue related to CSV export. Currency amounts will now be saved in a generic number format instead of using a localized currency symbol. Fixed an issue with comprehensive report margins. Fixed an issue with image rotation of some images. Fixed an issue where deleting a property insurance didn't update referenced items.

Faster data entry!! Added an option to make some of properties from previous item stick when adding a new item.

• Fixed the edit form's close issue • Added a new option to streamline adding of new inventory items. A new button would let you stay on the inventory entry form and create a new inventory item.

• Added ability to select property insurance policy to individual inventory items. Once you select a property insurance policy, that policy will appear in the Insurance tab of the item as well. • Added property insurance policies to Insurance reports.

If you flag an inventory item record, a small flag icon will appear for that record in the inventory items list. • Added a new filtering criteria for inventory items table - 'Flagged'. If checked, the table will display only flagged inventory items. • Added thumbnail images to all inventory items tables for: rooms, locations, collections, contacts and tags. • Added an image thumbnail of the inventory item's primary photo/document to the item's edit form. • Added 3 more custom text fields. • Fixed an issue causing exported report files not to have a PDF file extension in case users didn't explicitly specify it.

• Added ability to import multiple image files using the CSV file import. You can use the CSV import to transfer your inventory data from some older applications.

• Fixed the issue for German locale preventing users to edit item location, room, collection and heir. • Fixed some synchronization issues with the iOS App.

• Added incremental search field to the value log form. The search field helps you search for inventory items when updating their values. • Inventory item list: added an option to choose type of value displayed in the list. The type is set in application's 'Preferences' form. You can choose between the purchase price, replacement cost and the logged value. • Updated type of choice lists for rooms, collections, locations and heirs within the inventory item's edit form. The updated control makes it easier to select values. • Fixed an issue causing application crash if your inventory name search term contains the apostrophe character. • Fixed the CSV export issue for items that had a " character in one of description fields.

• Inventory item document list: fixed an issue that prevented correct creation of thumbnail images after a drag & drop. Most users were not affected by that issue. • Fixed the Estate report when an individual heir is selected.

• This version includes support for macOS Big Sur and compatibility with Apple Silicon machines. • Updated all reports that display values of inventory items. Added an option to choose between using purchase price, replacement value or latest logged value. • Added a new application property: 'Unit based purchase price'. With this option turned on, total value will be calculated as a product of quantity and the unit price (vs. total value) • Fixed an error that was happening while displaying the main locations view.
