more Love this game. I have no problems with crashing. I use a Mac, that may be why, I don’t know. The graphics ae beautiful. The scenes are complex, so I have to use my memory, and my shape recognition skills, great for an aging brain I think. I destest the expedition game within the game - as you have to spend a fortune to get through the game. That’s true of the crystal game too, but I am so competitive ….so there are hooks to your competitive nature. That said I would like to see the rewards be a little more avialable, and the mini games a little easier - I find I spend too much money buying crystals…. I also have to limit my time playing as you can get lost in it. I will keep playing. Of special note if you update your Mac you will probably lose your game place. It is probably smart to sign in through facebook as it saves you place. However, if this does happen the G5 folks can recover your level.

Same problem most are having - app repeatedly crashes after reaching level 10. Uninstalled and re-installed the game which did not help. Now features of the app won’t even load. Items show up as boxes with question marks and characters appear as a silhouette of the dude wearing goggles. Monsters are roaming around the city, but they’re darkened and when I click on them I get a ‘in download queue’ message. One location (the Station) did load and I was able to do a search, except I don’t know what I got because all the items were those question mark boxes. Didn’t matter anyway since the app crashed immediately after and I lost all of them. I’m hoping more ticket requests and bad reviews will get their attention and expedite a fix. It’s annoying as hell.Update Feb 7: No immediate solution; issue has been passed to tech team. Updated my Mac to Sierra and now all game progress has been lost, but achievements and friends are still there. Also still logged into my Game Center account. I really liked the game, but now it’s just a headache.Update Feb 13: Again, no immediate solution for lost progress. Still no solution for crashing after level 10. The support agent asked me not to play the game until they find a solution, so it’s getting uninstalled.

I love this game a whole bunch and I can’t stop playing every day on my iMac computer. I’m glad that I found a fun free game on the app store. I have another Hidden Object game on my phone called Alice in the Mirrors of Albion which I play every now and then. I can’t get gifted collection items from my friends on here because its telling me to update to latest version of the app and its making mad cause I can’t accept the collection gift at all. Please fix it for me so I can accept the collection gift. This game is fun to play on my iMac but there’s some drawbacks like it will take me at least half of my time looking for a item that I can hardly see, don’t know what it looks like, or I never heard an item be called a different name that I never heard.

The three star rating does not reflect my feelings about the game. This is an awesome game but like other reviews I’ve read, as soon as I got to level 10 the app starts crashing. It allows you to spend energy and rubys but as soon as you complete a search and go to collect your award, the game crashes and you lose everything from that search. I completely uninstalled the app and re-installed only to have it work for less than 24 hours. Now, even that does not remedy the issue. This makes the difference between this game being awesome and now a big waste of my time. Please fix it! If you can fix it, I would be happy to change my rating to 5 stars.Update- 1/4/18 Still no response from tech support which matches with other reviews. I was notified that if my trouble ticket goes 5 days without a posting, it will automatically drop from the system. so there is no incentive to fix anything because it will eventually drop off and be replaced by someone else who is wasting their time. Update- 1/6/18 Still no response from customer service. Horrible! I thought Apple kept better control over their third party vendors.
