I’m still paying this app since 2015 but I cannot use it, every time I try to log in to the app they ask me to subscribe it but I’m already subscribed. They do not answer emails or messages.

I downloaded StoryCloud a month back or so and I'm loving the social aspect it gives my photos. The ability to create an interactive story based on moments in my life gives it a new flavor that's different from some of the other bigger names out there. Hope to see this app grow a bit more!
