Although this item seems to work well as a neck massager, there are no instructions on how to adjust through the different settings. I cannot seem to get any heat and I also cannot figure out how to turn it off manually. It seems to have to run until the automatic shut off after ten minutes time. The app is worthless. Horrible interface and application.

I connected to the app and it worked perfectly. The only thing I wish they had taken it one step further to be able to play my soothing music directly into the speakers on the massager. If it does this, I haven’t figured this out yet. My Bluetooth is connected for sure. But all in all it’s a great app and has adjustment’s easily accessible rather than fumbling with settings on the massager. 🙌🏻

It’s good app for my new wowo s hand massager. I was able to figure out what all the different modes do. I can change the timing. I can customize what I want for each hand. The thing I don’t care about, It’s that it disconnects right after it’s finished when I don’t have the app open on my screen, but it’s open in the background. It would be great if they fixed that. I mean it does have a record that I have that device but I don’t like that I reconnect it and a mode is already starting before I choose. It’s useful but it needs some improvement. Also, since I opened that app, now I need the app to choose the heater option. Hopefully if I customize it for both hands, it won’t be a problem.

Interface is buggy and doesn’t work. Bought a 400$ head massager device is even worse. Do not buy this product unless it 80-90% off.
