Bari Social è la prima applicazione digitale per dispositivi mobili (smartphone e tablet), per la divulgazione e promozione di iniziative, servizi e risorse del Welfare nella città di Bari.
L’applicazione, scaricabile gratuitamente, offre alla cittadinanza informazioni complete sulle notizie e le iniziative sociali in città.
Bari Social rappresenta inoltre un primo strumento di orientamento per famiglie in difficoltà, adulti in condizione di povertà, donne vittime di violenza, immigrati, anziani e disabili.
L'applicazione è disponibile in quattro lingue, è fruibile anche da persone ipovedenti ed offre a cittadini baresi e migranti una mappa interattiva, completa e costantemente aggiornata, dei servizi sociali della città (mense, dormitori, comunità, centri diurni, uffici comunali, sportelli per l'immigrazione), informazioni rispetto a pratiche burocratiche, notizie sugli eventi e le iniziative in città, possibilità di conoscere la sede del proprio Servizio sociale di riferimento, possibilità di segnalare emergenze sociali e richiedere l’intervento dell’equipe del Pronto Intervento Sociale di Bari. Tramite l’applicazione, ogni cittadino potrà inoltre segnalare ulteriori servizi ed iniziative presenti in città.
