Multiroom is nice, and a little grumpy.

Samsung Multiroom when it works is great. But every once in a while (one or twice a week) it will lose connection with the wireless router. Usually reconnecting is no problem (on/off wireless router and it reconnects) but rarely (once a year) a complete reboot of the system and speakers is required. Also I have 8 (eight) radiant speakers all except one connect all the time. The one delinquent speaker has the latest software but appears to be on it’s “own network”. Resets result in the one speaker or the other 7 (seven) speakers being connected. Maybe it’s got different hardware?

This app is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. It may work with a samsung mobil device, but with IPad it will glitch out about every other day from my experience.Called customer support 2xs since I have had this. First time was told that I would be on a brief hold, and after 20 min of holding, I got hung up on... They did ask for a call back number, but never actually called me back after hanging up. 2nd time was a while later, since I had such a bad taste in my mouth from the first time... I got transferred 3 times to the department that could help. The 3rd time, they tried transferring me to the first department I started in. I hung up because I didn't have time to deal with another 40 minutes of getting the run around.
May be okay with a Samsung mobile device

Issues with SiriusXM still persist

I just bought a new vehicle, and it came with SiriusXM. When I found out the Samsung Multiroom App had a SiriusXM login, I was thrilled. After repeated attempts to get it to work, the thrill went right out the window. After checking various forum posts on Samsung’s website, I found out I’m not the only one with this issue. I’ve loved the app up until this point, but won’t raise my rating until this is fixed. Avoid buying Samsung if you were hoping to stream SiriusXM at home.

I keep having to delete and reinstall the app because it can’t find the wifi. Once I reinstall, it seems to reboot and is then able to find the wifi network. Also, I had two speakers grouped and working fine as audio for my Samsung TV, but now it doesn’t work for two speakers and I can only use one. Thanks!
