Love this game. Was looking for a free, time management game and found this one. Not quite what I expected, but enjoyable just the same. Very easy to gain the hearts used to purchase extras in game without having to purchase them using real money. It does take a wee bit too long for certain meds to be created though. I’m afraid I’ll do with this game what I’ve done to so many in that past and that is lose interest because of the length of time it takes for certain items to be created. Speed up the times on the bases and lower costs on hospital expansions and this game will be a five star game. Also, when I go shopping, it helps to have others who are on the same levels as my game. I hate going shopping and only finding things that are very easy for me to create on my own, but never the things from the upper levels.I like the game play and how I’m able to get lost, losing time for a bit, but I do tire of waiting on things to be completed. Otherwise, good game

I have played a lot of time management games…a lot. They all follow a basic pattern of being addictively fast paced and easy in the beginning, then throwing the brakes on to force you to buy items. My Hospital actually isn’t like that. There are some items that take more than 24 hours to produce, and that’s excessive, but these items are rarely needed. The items that come up most often can be crafted in less than 6 hours (total, including raw materials and intermediate products), meaning you can play daily without getting too bored. I’ve been playing probably a solid two months straight and still going pretty strong with it. It hits the right note between having enough to do and not having too much to do…provided you know what you want to do. My only complaint is the game is lonely haha, normally I think games go overboard with social functions but this one maybe could use a little more. Also in my time playing, I have yet to see an event occur, though they have some kind of sign post up for events. Definitely want to see the events feature get used.

I enjoy the game except for three things...Firstly, the game should work with my MACBOOK and my IPHONE. I cannot connect the MACBOOK to my facebook, only my cellphone which is pathetic. Same APPLE ID and just cant work. Secondly, why do we have a queue of other items (EXAMPLE. I have one pill processing and the next items I paid for the queue to place 5 things in, but each of them has to wait til the first one is done in order for their time to start). WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE QUEUE. THAT IS SO LAME, just let it be free since i have to wait anyhow. Then I cant take nothing out of the queue. Finally, on the MACBOOK, you cannot communicate with other players. I can go to their hospitals but cant communicate nor see their hospital on my MACBOOK unless they sell something or request help wtih an item. Overall, its an attention grabber with loads of fun and PLENTY TIME. But the nuances I listed are personal to me, that would make the game so much more enjoyable as it is JUST A GAME BUT they hinder espeacially how things are sooooo expensive to purchase.

I have never written a review before, but I couldn’t go without letting people know about this. This app was the first and only game I downloaded the first day I got my macbook pro (15 inch) and I tried it for a few days and grew tired of it. I thought I deleted it, and moved on. From that moment on, though, my brand new mac was getting 3 hours of battery life in total. I was checking the activity monitor, and wondered why My Hospital wouldn’t leave the energy section. Although I never checked the CPU usage, which was my mistake, the app was constantly running, using up 70% of my CPU usage, draining my battery to less than 1/3 of my macbook’s actual battery life, and overheating my mac, even when it was closed. Yes, it was my mistake for not ensuring that the app had actually deleted, but I was new to macbooks and did not know how to properly delete an app on here. If you want to run the risk of having less than 1/3 of your battery life, feel free to download this app. If you like not being permanently attached to a charger, I would suggest not getting this app.
