Fun game, but glitchy

This game is a lot of fun! Yes, you do have to wait for items to be completed (and this can even be days of waiting time) but you can just spend that time you're waiting doing something else. The game does run a few specials for gems and decorative items from time to time which can get irritating when it pops up every time you boot up the game, but other than that, the game doesn't force you to buy gems. You can easily do stuff in this game without them. You just have to be strategic about how you spend your time and keep an eye on your inventory space to ensure you have enough room for everything. My biggest gripe about the game is that it is very glitchy. It doesn't hamper my enjoyment of the game too badly, but it's very annoying when this game crashes for seemingly no reason. Sometimes I'll just tap or scroll too quickly and the game freezes up and crashes and sometimes I won't be doing anything at all and it still crashes. And when it crashes, it can sometimes set me back several minutes or even hours into the progress I have made and that can be very disheartening. Regardless, still a fun game and I really do like it!

I kept sending in many tickets about the same glitchy issue I’ve been having with this game but every time I’d get the tickets sent back to me in my email and no response from their team just their system saying thank you for submitting your ticket we should get to you within 24 hours!! Well it’s been over three days with no response to any of them >:( I’ve never experienced such a poor support before not to mention it’s hard to submit a ticket in the first place their support site had quite the problem as well (it wasn’t my internet connection it was some encryption glitch and some other thing that kept popping up)I had to keep retyping my issue a couple of times till I got smart and copy pasted several times more before finally one’d get sent. I don’t know if the site is purposely messed up because they just don’t know how to fix it just like my game and don’t really want to be bothered by a customer but out of courtesy I should’ve got more than an automatic response from a system because it’s not reassuring that anything will be done for me. I really do like this game it seems promising and all but not without support if it keeps having issues and I can’t do anything about it because I can’t get at least some mediocre support why should I bother playing anymore if it’s going to disappoint me. I hope I can get some response before tonight also I might raise my review one Star but if not it stays.

Ups and downs in Glitch City

I really love this game and have been playing for over a year now. I enjoy the races and the quests to rescue new kitties. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that there have been tons of glitches lately. Last race 1/2 my teammates couldn’t claim their prizes then they ended up with 500 of everything which was useless because storage only allowed 250 so you couldn’t use the stuff they gave you, you had to sell everything so you had room to store your items you were making for the quests. This round of races was going great. I finished all the levels and was working on the bonus. I was two earrings from completion when the race reset itself to the beginning!!!! So annoyed that I am seriously thinking of deleting this app permanently. Which is a shame because the game is fun otherwise but who wants to spend hours making something and have it messed up on the end? I even put real money into this game weekly because I like it so much. Otherwise I wouldn’t complain so much. I’ve submitted tickets too and they never answer past the auto response that it was received. Please fix this game before everyone decides to quit it.

I don’t know what went wrong. The game was awesome, it had a fun art style, it had cats, and you could build your town. It’s worth a try, even 6 years after its last update. Half the games from this developer don’t even work anymore, I don’t know if they died or something, but they just stopped updating the game. Seriously, the saint Patrick’s day event has been saying “Leaving soon!” Since 2017! Think of it! The world was just starting to crank some 90’s on Fortnite at that time! I don’t know what made me think of this game, but I remember it having really long wait times that wouldn’t really let you keep playing. Maybe you like coming back every 3 hours for some cabbages? That’s up to you, then. Im going to assume that most people playing the game were probably little girls, but I’m just a boy who likes cats I guess. I really wish the devs didn’t just ghost the game. Apparently, the game breaks after level 72, the shop doesn’t work, you can’t get gems from ads because they are no longer functional, and the game is stuck on the same event. F o r e v e r .Really wish it hadn’t ended up this way.
