Subjects that are enrolled in participating clinical trials can utilize the RT-Pay app to enter expenses associated with study participation that are eligible for reimbursement. Subjects can upload receipts via the app and enter travel addresses for mileage calculation. The app will also store saved addresses the subject prefers to use for mileage calculation. Once the reimbursement is saved and submitted, the administrator will approve or deny the reimbursement request and the subjects RT-Pay stipend card will be loaded with the amount of the reimbursement. The subject will receive a text message notification to let them know their RT-Pay card has been loaded with funds. Subjects can enter receipts and save the reimbursement for a later submission. The RT-Pay app provides a simple, efficient way for clinical trial participants to upload their reimbursement requests and receive reimbursement in an expedited timeline. With the RT-Pay app sponsors can drastically reduce the time it takes to reimburse a subject for their participation, in turn, enhancing the trial participation experience for the subject.
