I used mint locker for a few times already and didn’t experience any problems. The clothes came back nice and clean every time, and the locker drop off/ pick up process is super easy.One of my purses had a big grease stain on it, so under special instructions I asked them to send me an estimate first. They did, and also warned me that dry cleaning will not be enough for that stain, and that the purse would need to be dyed. That was a little too much trouble for me to go through for that particular purse, so I asked them to cancel it. They did, and sent the purse back with no charge.The rest of my dry cleaning usually just quietly disappears from the locker and turns back clean in two days, without me even thinking about it. That is the definition of perfect service for me.

My washing machine broke and I needed a place to send my laundry out to. Thrilled to discover Mint Locker, which was right by my house. Love the convenience and quick turnaround! Also, no longer do I have to rush to get to the dry cleaners by 5PM. Worth every penny. Excellent communication with easy to use lockers. I won’t hesitate to purchase dry clean clothes again now that I’ve discovered Mint Locker. Hope to see more Mint Lockers nationwide. A brilliant business idea.

I loved the opportunity to drop off my dry cleaning at any hour and have a predictable pick-up time. Despite getting into Las Vegas in the late evening, I was able to drop off my clothes and know they’d be ready to go in time for my event.Highly recommend for the on-the-go traveler.
