Are there any known issues where videos time out? I know the area for text runs continuously however video turns off eventually. Is there any support or instructions to keep videos running 24/7?Do images also time out?

I would give this a higher rating if I could change the color of the individual words or characters, change the colors for animated words, or even change the color of the borders. I wanted to do a green and purple border for Halloween sign and cannot. The App is otherwise easy to follow, just not being able to change color options of the border and text is very frustrating.

Computer Software Works Better

PVPD106
App works well for single screen area. If you try to break the screen into multiple areas each displaying different text it does not format on the LED display correctly. 2 areas is the max I can make format correctly. Purchased led display for 4 separate areas. This is possible through computer software but not the app.
