Just A Money Grab

If this app developer really wants to provide a service to users they would eliminate the purchase option (which constantly pops up), provide more information on the exhibits and add an interactive element that shows your location in the museum do you can easily navigate. Looking forward, add some VR that provides info on whatever you are looking at. That would be a worthwhile in-app purchase.

Useless without the in-app purchase

The app isn't Retina-compatible, the design is terrible, and you can't get the museum map without the $2.99 in-app purchase. Save your bandwidth and just download the offline map directly from the Science Museum site.
