Evidently the developers never imagined users without a UK number would ever wish to use their product. Try to register with a number outside the UK and you get an error. Try to register using a UK number after that? Too bad, you can’t as it think you’re already registered - now your email is in limbo where it’s stored (bad data protection policies), but unable to be activated and cannot be registered. Try using the forgot password flow and wait for an email that will never come. And I still haven’t ordered yet thanks to this …

Couldn’t onboard

Just wanted to order some food. Wasted time downloading this app only to find that it couldn’t onboard me with a US phone number, not that the app said that, to the contrary, it rambled out an error about an email even though there’s no email entry in the onboarding flow.Onboarding has to be fast and pain-free. It is not in this app. It didn’t take advantage of Apple’s APIs for automatic password management, so you have to type out a password. If it worked at all.

I Never EVER write reviews, but this app is impossible to use, takes way to long, and barely works at all. My family just wanted to sit and have a nice meal, but this pub made us use this godforsaken app. It’s impossible to do anything on this without going through a 10-15 minute onboarding process, and is incredibly useless. Don’t use this at your restaurants please.
