กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษให้ประชาชนตรวจสอบสถานะคดีพิเศษ ตรวจสอบสถานะเรื่องร้องเรียน และร้องเรียน ร้องทุกข์ แจ้งเบาะแส ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการป้องกัน ปราบปราม สืบสวน สอบสวนและดำเนินคดีพิเศษอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพด้วยความเป็นธรรม เพื่อให้กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษเป็นองค์กรชั้นนำด้านการสืบสวนสอบสวนที่มีมาตรฐานในระดับสากล และได้รับความเชื่อมั่นในการบังคับใช้กฎหมายด้วยความเป็นธรรม ตามวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ และยุทธศาสตร์ของกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เพิ่มช่องทางให้ประชาชนสามารถติดตามสถานะคดีพิเศษ และติดตามสถานะเรื่องร้องเรียนที่ตนเกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างให้เกิดกลไกตรวจสอบการทำงานของกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการบังคับใช้กฎหมายด้วยความเป็นธรรม เป็นการสร้างความเชื่อถือให้กับสาธารณชน และพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืนตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ด้วยความโปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้
