This app is wonderful! My students use it all the time now to arrange same-day, English language doctor appointments and since Med in Action doctors come to your house, my students never have to worry about getting lost. Dr. Andrea is very professional and makes himself available 24/7 for emergencies. As a US university admin in Rome I know I can trust that students will get the best care. Med in action also coordinates follow-up specialist visits for more severe medical problems. Med in Action takes the anxiety out of getting timely and accurate medical advice and consultation. As a US embassy employee I have access to medical services during business hours. But illness doesn't always manifest at a convenient time. When I got sick and needed a doctor ASAP during non-business hours, Med in Action sent a doc to my home within two hours. The doc was courteous, professional, thorough, and well-spoken. The visit even cost less than it would've cost to go to a doctor's office, and it was faster (and my insurance covered it)! The doc even followed up to see how I was and to determine whether I needed to see a specialist in the Med in action network. Great service!
