Response Time and Resolution
Slow response time
Simple issues such as synchronizing traffic lights so that when the first light turns green and you accelerate to the speed limit, when you get to the next light, which is one half mile from the first light, it hasn’t already turned red. What a waste of gas and more stop and go.
Doesn’t work
Unable to submit a report for a broken container because the form doesn’t work.
