The NexusPayables OTG 21.1.0 version includes Creating, viewing, or modifying a purchase order with line item Job Cost data. Fields include: • Contract • Change Order • Item Number • Job Code • Phase Code • Cost Code • Retention Amount When Job Cost fields relationally associated with other job cost fields are edited, the system will clear the relational job cost fields as they may not be assigned to the newly selected value. When creating a purchase order, the line item section has a new Contract/Job Budget icon to review the contract/job budget information screen when selected. This will display the same as the approval screen Contract/Job Budget pop-up. Fixed an issue when creating an item list where searching a vendor record returned no results. Fixed an issue where line item custom fields not able to be selected when relationally linked to a header custom field.
